- COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES April 20, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture and Natural Resources was scheduled for Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 11:45 a.m., in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The Chair called the meeting to order at 11:45 a.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Cherry, Sen.(s) Shink, Singh, Bumstead and Theis, a quorum was present. The chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Singh to refer the SB 188-1 substitute to the Committee on Appropriations. Without objection, the substitute was referred. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Shink, to adjourn the committee at 11:48 p.m. Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
