- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES April 19, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture and Natural Resources was scheduled for Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 12:00 noon, in the 1300 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:01 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Cherry, Sen.(s) Shink, Singh, Bumstead and Theis, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Singh, to adopt the SB 188-1 substitute to the Committee on Appropriations. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Cherry, Sen.(s) Shink, and Singh. Nays: Sen.(s) Bumstead and Theis. The motion prevailed and the substitute was adopted. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee. Without objection, the committee was adjourned at 12:10 p.m. Page 1 of 1
