- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 7, 2024 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Corrections and Judiciary was scheduled for Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 1:45 p.m., in the 1300 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:59 p.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Shink, Sen.(s) Santana, Irwin and Outman, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Santana, supported by Sen. Irwin, to adopt the meeting minutes from February 29, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the FY 2024-25 Executive Budget Recommendation: Director Heidi Washington & Kyle Kaminski, Department of Corrections – No Position There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
