- **APPROVED** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 22, 2024 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Corrections and Judiciary was scheduled for Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 1:30 p.m., in the 1300 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:34 p.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Shink, Sen.(s) Santana, Irwin and Outman, a quorum was present. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Elizabeth Clement & Tom Boyd, Michigan Supreme Court and State Court Administrative Office – No Position The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Russell Rudd, Court of Appeals – No Position The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Santana, supported by Sen. Irwin, to adopt the meeting minutes from April 20, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee. Without objection, the committee was adjourned at 2:08 p.m. Page 1 of 1
