- **APPROVED** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES April 20, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Corrections and Judiciary was scheduled for Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 1:30 p.m., in the 1300 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:57 p.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Shink, Sen.(s) Santana, Irwin and Outman, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Santana, supported by Sen. Irwin, to adopt the meeting minutes from March 23, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. Motion by Senator Santana supported by Senator Irwin to adopt SB 191 (S-1). Roll call vote. Senators Shink, Santana, and Irwin vote in favor of adopting the (S-1) of SB 191. Senator Outman votes no. The (S-1) of SB 191 is adopted by the Subcommittee. Motion by Senator Irwin supported by Senator Santana to report SB 191 (S-1). Roll call vote: Senators Shink, Santana, and Irwin vote in favor of reporting SB 191 (S-1) to the full Appropriations Committee. Senator Outman votes no. The (S-1) of SB 191 is reported to the full committee. Motion by Senator Irwin, supported by Senator Santana to adopt SB 192 (S-1). Roll call vote: Senators Shink, Santana, and Irwin vote in favor of adopting the (S-1) of SB 192. Senator Outman votes no. The (S-1) of SB 192 is adopted by the subcommittee. Motion by Senator Irwin supported by Senator Santana to report SB 192 (S-1) to the full appropriations committee. Roll call vote: Senators Shink, Santana, and Irwin vote in favor. Senator Outman votes no. The (S- 1) of SB 192 is reported to the full appropriations committee. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen.
