- COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 22, 2024 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on EGLE was scheduled for Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., in the 403 Room of the Capitol Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Singh, supported by Sen. Shink, to adopt the meeting minutes from February 15, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. At 3:03 p.m. the Chair instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Irwin, Sen.(s) Singh, Shink, Cherry, Bayer, Bumstead and Hauck, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Cherry, supported by Sen. Bayer, to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen. Outman was excused from the meeting. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Jonah Houtz, Senate Fiscal Agency – No Position There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Singh, to adjourn the committee at 3:15 p.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned. Page 1 of 1
