- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION, MOBILITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE REP. NATE SHANNON CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, January 24, 2023 10:30 AM Room 521, House Office Building The House Committee on Transportation, Mobility and Infrastructure was called to order by Chair Shannon. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Shannon, MacDonell, Coleman, Conlin, Farhat, Fitzgerald, Hoskins, Miller, Outman, Roth, Bruck, Kunse, St. Germaine. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representative Bruck joined the committee remotely. The Clerk read a letter from House Speaker Joe Tate which appointed members of the Transportation, Mobility, and Infrastructure Committee. Representative MacDonnell moved to adopt Tuesday, at 10:30 a.m., in room 521 of the House Office Building, as the day, time, and location for the regularly scheduled meetings of the House Transportation, Mobility, and Infrastructure Committee. The motion prevailed 12- 0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Shannon, MacDonell, Coleman, Conlin, Farhat, Fitzgerald, Hoskins, Miller, Outman, Roth, Kunse, St. Germaine. Nays: None. Pass: None. The Chair stated that the House Transportation, Mobility, and Infrastructure Committee will follow Chapter IV, stated in the House Standing Rules, which were adopted on the House Floor. The Chair laid the presentation from the Michigan Municipal League before the committee. John LaMacchia, representing the Michigan Municipal League, provided a presentation on the Michigan Municipal League's History and the League's Goals. Questions and discussion followed.
