- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES April 13, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on EGLE was scheduled for Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., in the 403 Room of the Capitol Building. The Chair called the meeting to order. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Irwin, Sen.(s) Singh, McDonald Rivet, Shink, Cherry, Bayer, Bumstead, Hauck and Outman, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion to adopt the meeting minutes from March 2, 2023 and March 16, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding water use and groundwater. Teresa Seidel and Travis Boeskool, Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy – No Position The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding water infrastructure projects and funding. Amy O'Leary and Rachael Barlock, Southeast Michigan Council of Governments – No Position There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
