- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 16, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on EGLE was scheduled for Thursday, March 16, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., in the Gast Appropriations Room of the Capitol Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:04 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Irwin, Sen.(s) McDonald Rivet, Shink, Cherry, Bayer, Hauck and Outman, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Cherry to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen.(s) Singh and Bumstead were excused from the meeting. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding water infrastructure funding and the appropriation needs of the department. James Clift and Paul McDonald, Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy – No Position There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
