- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 2, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on EGLE was scheduled for Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., in the 403 Room of the Capitol Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Irwin, Sen.(s) McDonald Rivet, Cherry, Bumstead, Hauck and Outman, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Cherry, to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen.(s) Singh, Shink and Bayer were excused from the meeting. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the Governor's FY 2023-24 budget recommendation for the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy. Daniel Eichinger and Travis Boeskool, Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy – Support There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
