- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 13, 2024 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government was scheduled for Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., in the 1300 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:01 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Cherry, Sen.(s) Bayer, Klinefelt, Albert and Hauck, a quorum was present. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the FY 2024-25 Executive Budget Recommendation: Ashley Steffen, Peter Manning, Joseph Potchen, and Danielle Hagaman-Clark, Department of Attorney General – No Position The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Bayer, supported by Sen. Bayer, to adopt the meeting minutes from March 6, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee. Without objection, the committee was adjourned at 3:43 p.m. Page 1 of 1
