- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 6, 2024 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government was scheduled for Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., in the 1300 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:01 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Cherry, Sen.(s) Bayer, Klinefelt, Albert and Hauck, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Klinefelt, to adopt the meeting minutes from February 28, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the FY 2024-25 Governor's Recommendation: Rachael Eubanks, State Treasurer, Department of Treasury Senators Albert, Cherry, and Bayer asked questions pertaining to the presentation and the Executive Recommendation. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the FY 2024-25 Governor's Recommendation: Juanita Sarles, Revenue Sharing, Department of Treasury Senators Cherry, Bayer and Klinefelt asked questions pertaining to the presentation and the Executive Recommendation. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Bayer, to adjourn the committee at 3:42 p.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
