- COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 21, 2024 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government was scheduled for Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., in the 1300 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:06 p.m. At 3:06 p.m., Sen.(s) John Cherry, Thomas Albert, Veronica Klinefelt and Roger Hauck entered the meeting. At 3:06 p.m. the Chair instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Cherry, Sen.(s) Klinefelt, Albert and Hauck, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Albert, to adopt the meeting minutes from April 26, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. At 3:07 a.m., Sen. Rosemary Bayer entered the meeting. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Michael Siracuse and Elizabeth Raczkowski, Senate Fiscal Agency – Support The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Cindy Paradine, Financial Services Director, Department of State – Support Cindy Paradine, Financial Services Director, Department of State – Support Aghogho Edevbie, Deputy Secretary of State, Department of State – Support There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen.
