- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 22, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government was scheduled for Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., in the 1300 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Cherry, Sen.(s) Bayer, Singh, Klinefelt, Albert and Hauck, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Bayer, to adopt the meeting minutes from March 15, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the Governor's FY 2023-24 budget recommendation. Cindy Paradine and Erin Schor, Department of State – No Position The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the Governor's FY 2023-24 budget recommendation. Michelle Lange and Laura Clark, DTMB – No Position There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
