- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 14, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on LARA/DIFS was scheduled for Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 1:30 p.m., in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:31 p.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Cavanagh, Sen.(s) Santana and Theis, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Theis, supported by Sen. Santana, to adopt the meeting minutes from February 28, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Anita Fox, DIFS – No Position The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Kristen Staley, MIDC – No Position There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Santana, to adjourn the committee at 2:29 p.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned. Page 1 of 1
