- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 22, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on LEO/MEDC was scheduled for Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., in the 1200 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Cavanagh, Sen.(s) McDonald Rivet, McCann, McMorrow, Camilleri and Huizenga, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. McDonald Rivet to adopt the meeting minutes from March 15, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding an agency overview.
