- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 12, 2024 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on PreK-12 was scheduled for Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 12:30 p.m., in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:31 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Camilleri, Sen.(s) Polehanki, Hertel, Klinefelt, Cavanagh, McDonald Rivet, Theis and Albert, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Hertel, supported by Sen. Polehanki, to adopt the meeting minutes from March 5, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony Anthony Estell, Executive Director, Office of Retirement Services Venessa Keesler, CEO, Launch MI Emily Mohr and Adrea Truckenmiller, Innovation Collaborative at MSU At 1:00 p.m., Sen. Kristen McDonald Rivet entered the meeting. At 1:08 p.m., Sen. Mary Cavanagh entered the meeting. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Cavanagh, to adjourn the committee at 1:30 p.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned. Page 1 of 1
