- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON MILITARY, VETERANS, AND HOMELAND SECURITY REP. JENNIFER CONLIN CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, January 31, 2023 12:OO p.m. Room 327, House Office Building The House Committee on Military, Veterans, and Homeland Security was called to order by Chair Conlin. The Clerk read a letter dated January 17, 2023 from House Speaker Joe Tate, which appointed the members of the House Committee on Military, Veterans and Homeland Security. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Conlin, Coleman, Tyrone Carter, Stone, Rogers, Wegela, Markkanen, Bezotte, Carra, DeBoyer. Absent: None. Excused: None. The Chair stated the Standing Committee on Military, Veterans, and Homeland Security will follow Chapter IV, stated in the House Standing Rules that were adopted on the House Floor, by the House of Representatives on January 11, 2023. Representative Rogers moved to adopt Tuesday, at 12:00 Noon in Room 327 in the House Office Building as the day, time and location for the regularly schedule meetings of the House Military, Veterans, and Homeland Security Committee. The motion prevailed 10-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Conlin, Coleman, Tyrone Carter, Stone, Rogers, Wegela, Markkanen, Bezotte, Carra, DeBoyer. Nays: None. Pass: None.
