- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 21, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on PreK-12 was scheduled for Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at 12:00 noon, in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Camilleri, Sen.(s) Polehanki, Hertel, Klinefelt, Cavanagh, Theis and Albert, a quorum was present. Chairman Camilleri made opening remarks for the subcommittee The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the FY 2023-24 School Aid budget. Beth Bullion and Alex Holmden, State Budget Office The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the FY 2023-24 School Aid budget. Dr. Michael Rice, State Superintendent of Public Instruction There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen.
