- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES April 24, 2024 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation was scheduled for Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., in the 1200 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. At 1:01 p.m. the Chair instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Klinefelt, Sen.(s) Hertel, McCann, Camilleri and Damoose, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Damoose, supported by Sen. Camilleri, to adopt the meeting minutes from March 7, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. Motion to adopt previous minutes from February 29, 2024 Without objection, the motion prevailed. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Hertel, supported by Sen. Camilleri, to adopt the (S-1) version of SB 761. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Klinefelt, Sen.(s) Hertel, McCann, Camilleri, and Damoose. Nays: None The motion prevailed and the (S-1) was adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Hertel, supported by Sen. Camilleri, The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Klinefelt, Sen.(s) Hertel, McCann, Camilleri, and Damoose. Nays: None The motion prevailed and the bill was referred. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Camilleri, supported by Sen. Damoose, to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen. Bumstead was excused from the meeting. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Hertel, to adjourn the committee at 1:07 p.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
