- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 7, 2024 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation was scheduled for Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., in the 1200 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:34 p.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Klinefelt, Sen.(s) Hertel and McCann, a quorum was not present. The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Hertel, to adopt the meeting minutes from February 29, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Denise Donohue, Ed Noyola, County Road Association – No Position The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding John LaMacchia, Michigan Municipal League – No Position The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Bryan Budds, MDOT – No Position The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Hertel, to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen.(s) Camilleri, Damoose and Bumstead were excused from the meeting. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Klinefelt, to adjourn the committee at 4:18 p.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
