- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 29, 2024 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation was scheduled for Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., in the 1200 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Klinefelt, Sen.(s) Hertel, McCann and Damoose, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Hertel, to adopt the meeting minutes from February 15, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Patrick McCarthy, MDOT – Neutral The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Bobby Canell, SFA – No Position The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. McCann, to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen.(s) Bumstead and Camilleri were excused from the meeting. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Hertel, to adjourn the committee at 3:39 p.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
