- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON REGULATORY REFORM REP. TYRONE CARTER CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, January 31, 2023 10:30 AM Room 519, House Office Building The House Committee on Regulatory Reform was called to order by Chair Tyrone Carter. The Clerk read a letter from House Speaker Joe Tate appointing members to the House Regulatory Reform committee. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Tyrone Carter, Liberati, Neeley, Scott, Young, Grant, McFall, Snyder, Wilson, Mueller, Filler, Wendzel, Aragona, Bierlein, Neyer. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representative Mueller moved to adopt Tuesdays at 10:30 AM in Room 519, House Office Building as the standing day, time, and location of the House Committee on Regulatory Reform. The motion prevailed 14-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Tyrone Carter, Liberati, Neeley, Scott, Young, McFall, Snyder, Wilson, Mueller, Filler, Wendzel, Aragona, Bierlein, Neyer. Nays: None. Pass: None. The Chair stated that the committee will follow Chapter IV, stated in the House Standing Rules, that were adopted on the House Floor.
