- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 9, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation was scheduled for Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., in the 1200 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Klinefelt, Sen.(s) Hertel, McCann, and Bumstead, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Hertel, to adopt the meeting minutes from March 2, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the Governor's budget, Patrick McCarthy and Troy Hagan, MDOT – No Position At 3:09 p.m., Sen. John Damoose entered the meeting. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding bonding, Patrick McCarthy and Troy Hagan, MDOT – No Position At 3:44 p.m., Sen. Jon Bumstead left the meeting. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Hertel to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen. Camilleri was excused from the meeting. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Hertel to adjourn the committee at 3:51 p.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned. Page 1 of 1
