- **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 2, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation was scheduled for Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Klinefelt, Sen.(s) McCann, Camilleri and Damoose, a quorum was present. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding John LaMacchia, Michigan Municipal League – No Position At 3:23 p.m., Sen. Kevin Hertel entered the meeting. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Ed Noyloa and Denise Donohue, County Road Association – No Position At 3:28 p.m., Sen. Darrin Camilleri left the meeting. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee. Without objection, the committee was adjourned at 3:50 p.m. Page 1 of 1
