- COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 8, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Universities and Community Colleges was scheduled for Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., in the 1100 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:00 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair McCann, Sen.(s) Irwin, McDonald Rivet, Albert and Damoose, a quorum was present. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Irwin, to adjourn the committee at 9:15 a.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
