BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-0990 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 04, 2025 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Appropriations Subcommittee on DHHS was scheduled for Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 10:15 a.m. in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room of the 3rd Floor The Chair called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m.. The Chair instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Santana, Sen.(s) Cherry, Irwin, Cavanagh, Bayer, Klinefelt, Huizenga, Hauck and Theis The Chair entertained a motion by Senator Cherry, supported by Senator Bayer, to adopt the meeting minutes from February 25, 2025. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding DHHS budget: Chris Park, Policy Director and Data Analytics Advisor - Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission The Chair made a motion to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Senator Outman was excused from the meeting. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, without objection, to adjourn the committee at 11:07 a.m. Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
