BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-7748 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 05, 2025 A meeting of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Appropriations Subcommittee on LEO/MEDC was scheduled for Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. in the Room 1200 of the Binsfeld Office Building The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.. The Chair instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Cavanagh, Sen.(s) McCann, McMorrow, Cherry, Huizenga and Bumstead The Chair entertained a motion by Senator McMorrow, to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Senator Camilleri was excused from the meeting. The Chair entertained a motion by Senator McCann, to adopt the meeting minutes from February 26, 2025. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding the Governor's FY 2025-26 Budget Recommendation: MEDC CEO Quentin Messer Christin Armstrong There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, to adjourn the committee at 3:42 p.m. Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
