Presentations from the Michigan Bankers Association and the Michigan Credit Union League. 2. Testimony regarding SB 134 (Sen. Singh). The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:33 p.m.. The Chair instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Cavanagh, Sen.(s) Irwin, McCann, Bayer, Huizenga, Theis and Daley The Chair entertained a motion by Senator Irwin to adopt the meeting minutes from April 23, 2025. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair made a motion to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Senator Camilleri was excused from the meeting. The Chair invited the following individuals to present: Alex Morris and Patricia Herndon, Michigan Bankers Association Kieran Marion, Michigan Credit Union League Paul Fiore and Joshua Herman, CU Wealth Next The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding SB 134: Sen.
