- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON MILITARY, VETERANS AND HOMELAND SECURITY REP. JENNIFER CONLIN CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, February 28, 2023 12:00 p.m. Room 327, House Office Building The House Committee on Military, Veterans and Homeland Security was called to order by Chair Conlin. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Conlin, Coleman, Tyrone Carter, Stone, Rogers, Wegela, Markkanen, Bezotte, Carra, DeBoyer. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representative Coleman moved to adopt the meeting minutes from January 31, 2023. There being no objections, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid before the committee a presentation given by the Michigan Department of State Police. Sergeant Travis Fletcher, the Legislative Liaison for Michigan Department of State Police, testified .
