- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON AGRICULTURE REP. REGGIE MILLER CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, March 1, 2023 9:00 AM Room 327, House Office Building The House Committee on Agriculture was called to order by Chair Miller. At 9:00 AM, the Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Miller, Paiz, Stone, Young, Coffia, Dievendorf, Fitzgerald, Neyer, VanderWall, Roth, Bierlein, Smit. Absent: Rep. Rheingans. Excused: Rep. Rheingans. Representative Paiz moved to adopt the meeting minutes from February 15, 2023. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid before the committee a presentation on the Michigan Farm Bureau The Chair invited Rebecca Parks and Ben Tirrell representing the Michigan Farm Bureau, to give a presentation on the Michigan Farm Bureau. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Paiz moved to excuse Representative Rheingans from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent.
