SHANE HERNANDEZ CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, March 13, 2019 8:30 AM Room 352, House Appropriations, State Capitol Building The House Statutory Committee on House Fiscal Governing Committee was called to order by Chairman Hernandez. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hernandez, Chatfield, Cole, Hoadley, Greig, Rabhi. Absent/Excused: None. Chair Hernandez recognized Mary Ann Cleary, Director of the House Fiscal Agency, for an explanation of the Quarterly Report prepared by the House Fiscal Agency dated March 13th, 2019. Questions and discussion followed. Speaker Chatfield moved to approve the Quarterly Report. The motion prevailed 6-0-0: Yeas: Reps. Hernandez, Chatfield, Cole, Hoadley, Greig, Rabhi. Nays: None. Pass: None. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair adjourned the meeting at 8:37 AM.
