- MINUTES OF THE HOUSE FISCAL AGENCY GOVERNING COMMITTEE Wednesday June 19 th , 2019 8:30 a.m. Room 352, State Capitol The House Fiscal Agency Governing Committee was called to order by the Chairman, Representative Hernandez Members Present: Representatives Hernandez, Chatfield, Cole, Hoadley, Greig, and Rabhi. Members Absent/Excused: None. Representative Cole moved to approve the minutes of the March 23th, 2019 meeting. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Chair Hernandez recognized Mary Ann Cleary, Director of the House Fiscal Agency, for an explanation of the Quarterly Report prepared by the House Fiscal Agency dated June 19th, 2019. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Hoadley moved to approve the Quarterly Report. The motion prevailed 6-0-0. FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Hernandez, Chatfield, Cole, Hoadley, Greig, and Rabhi. Nays: None. Pass: None.
