SHANE HERNANDEZ CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, March 11, 2020 8:30 AM Room 352, House Appropriations, State Capitol Building The House Statutory Committee on House Fiscal Governing Committee was called to order by Chair Hernandez. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hernandez, Chatfield, Cole, Hoadley, Greig. Absent/Excused: Rep. Rabhi. Representative Cole moved to adopt the meeting minutes from December 4, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Mary Ann Cleary, representing the House Fiscal Agency, testified on the Quarterly Report. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Hoadley moved to approve the Quarterly Report. The motion prevailed 5-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Hernandez, Chatfield, Cole, Hoadley, Greig. Nays: None. Pass: None. Representative Hoadley moved to excuse Representative Rabhi from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. There being no further business before the committee, Rep. Shane Hernandez adjourned the meeting at 8:37 AM.
