- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON HOUSE FISCAL GOVERNING COMMITTEE REP. SHANE HERNANDEZ CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, September 23, 2020 8:30 AM Room 352, House Appropriations, State Capitol Building The House Committee on House Fiscal Governing Committee was called to order by Chair Hernandez. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hernandez, Chatfield, Cole, Hoadley, Greig. Absent: Rep. Rabhi. Excused: Rep. Rabhi. Representative Chatfield moved to adopt the meeting minutes from June 24, 2020. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Mary Ann Cleary, Director of the House Fiscal Agency, gave a presentation on the Quarterly Report. Questions and discussion followed. At 8:35 AM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 8:39 AM, the Chair called the committee back to order. Representative Hoadley moved to approve the Quarterly Report. The motion prevailed 5-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Hernandez, Chatfield, Cole, Hoadley, Greig. Nays: None. Pass: None. Representative Hoadley moved to excuse Representative Rabhi from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. There being no further business before the committee, Rep. Shane Hernandez adjourned the meeting at 8:40 AM.
