ANGELA WITWER CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, September 13, 2023 8:30 AM Room 352, House Appropriations, State Capitol Building The House Committee on House Fiscal Agency Governing Committee was called to order by Chair Witwer. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Witwer, Tate, Lightner, Hall, Posthumus. Absent: Rep. Aiyash. Excused: Rep. Aiyash. Speaker Tate moved to adopt the meeting minutes from June 7, 2023. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Mary Ann Cleary, Director of the House Fiscal Agency, gave a presentation on the Quarterly Report, dated September 13th, 2023. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Lightner moved to approve the Quarterly Report, dated June 13th, 2023. The motion prevailed 5-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Witwer, Tate, Lightner, Hall, Posthumus. Nays: None. Pass: None. Representative Posthumus moved to excuse Representative Aiyash from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent.
