- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON HOUSE FISCAL AGENCY GOVERNING COMMITTEE REP. ANGELA WITWER CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, June 12, 2024 8:30 AM Room 352, House Appropriations, State Capitol Building The House Committee on House Fiscal Agency Governing Committee was called to order by Chair Witwer. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Witwer, Tate, Lightner, Hall, Posthumus. Absent: Rep. Aiyash. Excused: Rep. Aiyash. Representative Lightner moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 6, 2024. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid the Quarterly Report dated June 12, 2024 before the committee. Mary Ann Cleary, Director of the House Fiscal Agency, gave a presentation on the Quarterly Report, dated June 12, 2024. Questions and discussion followed. Speaker Tate moved to approve the Quarterly Report, dated June 12th, 2024. The motion prevailed 5-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Witwer, Tate, Lightner, Hall, Posthumus. Nays: None. Pass: None. Representative Hall moved to excuse Representative Aiyash from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. There being no further business before the committee, Chair Witwer adjourned the meeting at 8:35 AM.
