ERIN BYRNES CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Thursday, June 22, 2023 10:30 AM Room 521, House Office Building The House Committee on Ethics and Oversight was called to order by Chair Byrnes. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Byrnes, Hope, Breen, Churches, Hoskins, Wegela, Kunse, Wozniak, Harris. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representative Breen moved to adopt the meeting minutes from June 8, 2023. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid the presentation from Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson before the committee. Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson provided a presentation on Government Transparency and Ethics Reform in the State of Michigan. Questions and discussion followed.
