The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Fitzgerald, Byrnes, Shannon, Breen, Rogers, Hill, Hoskins, Paiz, Zorn, Paquette, Bezotte, BeGole, Prestin. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representative Hill moved to adopt the meeting minutes from September 27, 2023. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4675 before the committee: HB 4675 (Rep. Grant) A bill to amend 2003 PA 258, entitled "Land bank fast track act," by amending sections 4, 13, and 14 (MCL 124.754, 124.763, and 124.764). Representative Breen moved to refer HB 4675 to the Committee on Tax Policy. The motion prevailed 11-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps.
