The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Adopted 2025-2026 Elections and Ethics Committee Rules. 2. Testimony regarding SB 240 (Sen. Moss); SB 241 (Sen. Moss); SB 242 (Sen. McBroom); SB 243 (Sen. Johnson) 3. Reported SB 240 (Sen. Moss); SB 241 (Sen. Moss); SB 242 (Sen. McBroom); SB 243 (Sen. Johnson) with recommendation. The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:01 a.m.. The Chair instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Moss, Sen.(s) Wojno, Santana, McMorrow, Chang, Johnson and McBroom The Chair made a motion to adopt the 2025-2026 Senate Committee on Elections and Ethics Committee Rules. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Moss Sen.(s) Wojno, Santana, McMorrow, Chang, Johnson, McBroom. Nays: None The motion prevailed and the 2025-2026 Committee Rules were adopted.
