(MCL 257.811j), as amended by 2006 PA 562.

- Pursuant to Joint Rule 20, the full title of the act shall be inserted to read as follows:
“An act to establish the state child abuse and neglect prevention board; to provide the powers and duties of
the state child abuse and neglect prevention board; and to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state
departments,”
