septic systems—you used to be able to fund them with help borrowing money. It’s become so cost prohibitive
now that people have to go to the bank just to replace their septic systems. It’s just too bad.
Bottom line—what this legislation will do is it will add costs to everybody’s septic without any additional
value. I am opposed to that.
