Rep. Yaroch, having reserved the right to explain his protest against the passage of the bill, made the
following statement:
“Mr. Speaker and members of the House:
I support adjusting fees to actual costs, which may include reducing them, but eliminating fees for
one group only shifts that group’s costs to other groups.”
