The Chair laid HB 4640 before the committee: HB 4640 (Rep. Glenn) A bill to amend 1982 PA 250, entitled "Child abuse and neglect prevention act," by amending section 2 (MCL 722.602), as amended by 2018 PA 60. Representative Glenn, the bill sponsor, explained HB 4640. John Tuinstra, representing the Citizens for Parental Rights, submitted a card and written testimony in opposition to HB 4640, but did not wish to speak. The Chair laid HB 4644 before the committee: HB 4644 (Rep. Wakeman) A bill to amend 1967 PA 281, entitled "Income tax act of 1967," by amending section 8 (MCL 206.8), as amended by 2018 PA 38.
