Chair Alexander turned the gavel over to Majority Vice Chair Bryan Posthumus The Chair laid HB 4823 and HB 4824 before the committee: HB 4823 (Rep. Alexander) A bill to amend 2019 PA 152, entitled "Lawful internet gaming act," by amending section 15 (MCL 432.315). HB 4824 (Rep. Hertel) A bill to amend 2019 PA 149, entitled "Lawful sports betting act," by amending section 15 (MCL 432.415). Representative Alexander, testified in support of HB 4823 and HB 4824. At 10:42 AM, Majority Vice Chair Bryan Posthumus laid the committee at ease. At 10:43 AM, the Chair called the committee back to order.
