HB 4689 (Rep. Schroeder) A bill to amend 1978 PA 472, entitled "An act to regulate political activity; to regulate lobbyists, lobbyist agents, and lobbying activities; to require registration of lobbyists and lobbyist agents; to require the filing of reports; to prescribe the powers and duties of the department of state; to prescribe penalties; and to repeal certain acts and parts of acts," (MCL 4.411 to 4.431) by adding section 6c. HB 4692 (Rep. Scott) A bill to amend 1978 PA 472, entitled "An act to regulate political activity; to regulate lobbyists, lobbyist agents, and lobbying activities; to require registration of lobbyists and lobbyist agents; to require the filing of reports; to prescribe the powers and duties of the department of state; to prescribe penalties; and to repeal certain acts and parts of acts," by amending section 11 (MCL 4.421). HB 4250 (Rep. Hammoud) A bill to amend 2018 IL 1, entitled "Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act," by amending sections 3, 11, and 15 (MCL 333.27953, 333.27961, and 333.27965), section 3 as amended by 2020 PA 208. HB 4251 (Rep. Bellino) A bill to prohibit the sale of vapor products or alternative nicotine products that contain vitamin E acetate; and to prescribe penalties. Paul Weisberger, representing Wild Bill's Tobacco, testified in support of HB 4251.
