Markkanen) A bill to amend 2004 PA 175, entitled "Streamlined sales and use tax revenue equalization act," by amending section 5 (MCL 205.175), as amended by 2015 PA 177. HB 4977 (Rep. Markkanen) A bill to amend 1960 PA 124, entitled "An act to create the Michigan highway reciprocity board; to prescribe its powers and duties; and to repeal certain acts and parts of acts," by amending the title and sections 1 and 3 (MCL 3.161 and 3.163). HB 4978 (Rep. Markkanen) A bill to amend 1980 PA 119, entitled "Motor carrier fuel tax act," by amending section 3 (MCL 207.213). Representative Markkanen, joined by Henry Schienebeck, representing the Great Lakes Timber Professionals Association, both testified in support of HB 4976, HB 4977 and HB 4978.
