Guy Packard gave a presentation on the August Restoration Event to the committee. Questions and discussion followed. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by Dave Isaacson, Vice President of Distribution for Indiana Michigan Power Company. Dave Isaacson gave a presentation on the August 2021 Storm Review to the committee. The following people submitted a card, but due to the time constraints were unable to speak: Bridget Saunders Vial, representing the Michigan Environmental Justice Coalition.
