   Representative Outman moved to adopt the meeting minutes from November 4, 2021. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid the presentation of Office of the Auditor General, Performance Audit Report, Establishing Pandemic Unemployment Assistance, Unemployment Insurance Agency, Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, November 2020, #186-0319-21A before the committee. Bryan Weiler, Chief Investigator, and Chad Monger, Audit Supervisor, both representing the Michigan Department of the Auditor General, gave an overview of their findings. Questions and discussion followed. Director Julia Dale, of the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency, and Todd Cook, Director Of Legislative Affairs for the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, testified on the Auditor General report. Questions and discussion followed. There being no further business before the committee, Rep. Steven Johnson adjourned the meeting at 6:45 PM.
