Calley) A bill to amend 1895 PA 161, entitled "An act to require county treasurers to furnish transcripts and abstracts of records, and fixing the fees to be paid therefor," by amending section 1 (MCL 48.101), as amended by 2015 PA 39. Representative Cherry offered the following amendment to HB 4994: 1. Amend page 1, line 3, by striking out "state licensed". 2. Amend page 1, line 3, after "organization" by inserting "that is registered with this state".
